The first workshop and B2B (Business-to-Business) on “Thermal Energy Storage Systems for Energy Efficient Buildings” took place on Thursday, June 22, 2017. The workshop has been part of the project TESSe2b, which has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the grant agreement No 680555. Attendees from industry, business, research institute and public authorities took part in the workshop.
In the first part of the workshop, the consortium partners presented the project and its goals, as well as its structure and some of the results achieved so far. Similar projects have also been presented, such as the CREATE project, the FP7-project MERITS and H2020-project STORY. During the B2B Meetings, the consortium had the opportunity to exchange ideas with the attendees and discuss about the projects goals and their solutions. The attendees showed a big interest in the project’s development and in the final solution.
